You can post a "for swap" thread there. It's completely free. :) Folks on that board are very helpful. Hope you'll manage to do a trade! :)

Here's a new picture of my setup. You can see my Amiga 1200 running Workbench 3.1. It is connected to a Commodore 1084S monitor. On the right hand side is my CD32.

I'll be getting an Amiga 1200 soon. I have a CF card and an adapter ready to use as a hard disk, but I how do I actually format/prepare it?

I know it involves WinUAE but the information from my google search was a bit confusing.

Congratulations on purchasing that Amiga 1200! :) Have you sorted out the CF-card/harddrive issue yet?

Received a 128MB SIMM for my 1200 yesterday. :D

Have you found a memory-card or an accelerator yet?

I got 16MB of RAM for a turbo-card (72-PIN SIMM) you can have for free (only pay postage) if that is of help.

I got a 4mb ram board for now. No money for an accelerator :P

Here's my Amiga in action:

Next on the list is a mouse adapter. The one I have at the moment is barely useable

4MB really makes a lot of difference. :) Workbench is much smoother and usable with some extra RAM. Are you thinking of getting the Micromys mouse-adapter?
