Re: A good article on the correct aspect ratio of DOS games

Well I sorta see your point. However judging from a PC98 screen shot v. my Apple display. I would say there is not so much difference since those screens had a smaller display ( cut-off) before 320X240 was normal, or even 640X480. This is a great comparison article and I wish I had done one myself. ...

Re: TheCGdudes Youtube channel Thread

1. It is called a man cave usually. Women usually have a separate area of there own. Man cave is where a dude stashes his life in when he is busy trying to please his wife/hoar/rent-a-vagina or whatever. His life before he dedicated it to passing his seed on. His life where he can feel alive. 2. Oth...

Re: video capture

Well the computer gaming system that is using a Graphics Adapter or VGA, would need to come out as VGA ( or whatever it is using ) and then be recorded via X device. Usually that is RGB. You could also just say HD, but again with those Pixels your unable to capture the finest of them at all. So you ...

Re: PC Speaker Sound

Okayy.......you have to understand the idea behind PCM, and FM sound. The more electricity being used, more better the sound. That being said adding an extra line or independent line for that instrument is vital. Reason why sound is scratchy when loud is because there is a small amount of room for t...

Top loaders was nice back in the 1970's and so forth. They got out of style because people would crowd up the tv area.

Re: Pictures from a copy-party in 1990 that got busted by co

Makes me think about anti-privacy in todays world. Lets try and arrest a man for having a penis. This is why nobody should stop using Broadband internet. It is dirt cheap now, so why bother switch to a system that tracks you.

Re: NES NOT WORKING! NEED HELP PLZ!

If their is no power then 1. The power supply unit. Many other PSU, like ones from Answering machines can work on the NES. 2. The fuse inside the system. All game systems have fuses, and a fuse is in all or most electronic products, maybe it is busted. 3. A couple of wires, have to soldered. See the...

Re: All different retro consoles

$300 to $400 this could be with or without shipping which could rack it up to $600 dollars. You want something good you have to pay the good price. Think about the inflation as well. The price of comic books went up from 0.75 to 2.00 to 4.00. Some books are selling for 4.50 cents each. A dollar nowa...

Re: Gameboy Pocket with Absolutely No Sound

Here is the deal. This is a random thing with Gameboys. Usually it is the later GBColors that have the bad sound. Most original Gameboys the sound will remain strong, but it does happen. Nintendo in the later years, used cheap parts, even cheap batteries, as the approaching of the Gamecube. Basicall...

Idk, I missed the entire Amiga experience, I do understand it, but man it was another world. Otherwise most of Amiga games have been ported, to other consoles over and over again. BEAST, This game is due for a return anytime soon. It was auwsome, quick, fast, had things most games are still lacking ...
